RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY :

Booking with Tasha Madison

Appointments with Tasha Madison are final and cannot be rescheduled due to travel and pre-planning, under any circumstances. If you miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. To secure a new appointment, full payment of service is required, with availability starting the following month (availability is not guaranteed).

All deposits are Non-refundable and Non-transferable.

Clients who cancel or don't show will be charged the remaining balance of their scheduled service to the card on file or invoiced if card cannot be charged. If payment is not rendered individuals will be blocked from future appointments for all services.

No exceptions.

If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment;

Massage; you will get remaining time available in appointment.

All other services; Forfeit of deposit and must reschedule.

Appointments can be rescheduled with a 72 Hour notice.

(only one reschedule is permitted per scheduled appointment).
